These Terms & Conditions govern your use of δάσκαλοςAI / TeacherAI (the “Service”), operated by TeacherAI (the “Seller”).
The Service provides AI-assisted lesson planning, test generation, rubric generation, activity generation, notes and agenda tools for educators in Cyprus.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and/or Paddle Payments Limited ("Paddle") as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for collecting payments, handling refunds, and complying with applicable tax obligations. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy practices.
You agree not to use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or infringing content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before using it in the classroom.
You retain ownership of the content you input and the generated output you create. The Seller retains ownership of the Service, its software, branding and underlying technology.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent payment activity.
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified educator. The Seller is not liable for decisions made based on generated output.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
